Unwind with signature cocktails and island vibes as our upper Berlind lobby transforms into a pop-up tropical bar with sweeping views—open 5:30-8pm Thurs and Fri/Sat 5:30-10pm . Come any time, no ticket required—but space is limited!

  • Passionfruit Margarita: reposado tequila, triple sec, passionfruit, agave, lime.

    Castaway's Swizzle: bourbon, applejack, port, lemon, house made vanilla syrup, mint.

    Mango Mai Tai: dark rum, light rum, mango, orgeat, lime.

    Fruit Salad: pineapple & ginger infused gin, Heering cherry liquor, lemon, pineapple, Thai basil syrup, smoky bitters. Like a fruit salad... but way more fun!

    Pineapple Yuzu Spritz: zero proof! Yuzu, pineapple, lime.

  • Castaway's offers light fare — from mini key lime pies from local bakery Lillipies, to tropical jerky and other savory snacks. Thursday through Saturday we'll also offer warm, savory pretzel bites. Come early for the best food selection.

  • Castaway’s is open every day Primary Trust runs, with extended hours on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. The bar is open to everyone, not just ticket holders—so spread the word! See below for full bar hours. ⭐ Denotes extended bar hours
