McCarter Summer Camps are designed for students at all experience levels and are a great way for kids to stretch their creative muscles, try something new, make friends, build artistic skills, and work as an ensemble, all in the joyful spirit of summer. As with all of McCarter’s education programs, summer camps are taught by experienced teaching artists who create a safe space and offer opportunities for campers to develop artistic technique, social skills, and imaginative thinking. All summer camps culminate in a celebratory performance for students’ friends and families.

Camps have limited space and often sell out, so be sure register early to secure your spot. If the class you are interested in is already full you can submit to be put on the wait list in case any spots open up.

The camp day runs from 9am to 3pm. Pre-camp care from 8am-9am and post-camp care from 3pm-5pm is available for an additional fee. Contact education@mccarter.org for more information.
