This fabulous night of film music showcases the artistry of a well-wrought film score, and includes music from Star Wars, Harry Potter, Vertigo, La La Land, and more.
Rossen Milanov celebrates his 10th anniversary with the Princeton Symphony Orchestra (PSO) as the Edward T. Cone Music Director this season. He’s excited to be conducting this concert of movie music during the inaugural year of the PSO’s new pops series presented in partnership with McCarter Theatre Center. The Maestro also heads the Columbus Symphony Orchestra, Chautauqua Symphony Orchestra, RTV Slovenia Symphony Orchestra.
Daniel Rowland has established himself on the international scene as a highly versatile, charismatic and adventurous performer. Concerto performances in 2018 included Philip Glass with the Orchestre de Picardie and at the Kuhmo Festival, Lindberg Concerto in Joensuu, Berg in Dusseldorf and at the Stift Festival, Bernstein with the Princeton and Columbus Symphony Orchestras and Vivaldi/Piazzolla Seasons in Dublin.
