SATURDAY, JANUARY 11, 2020 from 2:00PM - 3:30PM

Venue Princeton Public Library – Community Room

In advance of the official opening of Rachel Bond’s Goodnight Nobody, we will listen to the Playing On Air podcast of her short play Anniversary—one of the winning six plays from Samuel French’s Off Off Broadway Short Play Festival of 2012. Following the podcast airing, McCarter’s Artistic Engagement Manager Paula Alekson and Princeton Public Library’s Adult Program Manager Janie Hermann will lead a discussion of the play and the themes in Rachel Bonds’ dramatic works. All are welcome to attend.

This event will take place in Princeton Public Library’s Community Room (on the first floor) at 65 Witherspoon Street, Princeton, NJ.

No RSVP or ticket is required to attend this discussion; it is free and open to the public.

This is a Princeton Public Library and McCarter Theatre Center community partnership event.

Goodnight Nobody

By Rachel Bonds
Directed by Tyne Rafaeli

Featuring two-time Emmy Award winner Dana Delany.

What are the consequences of love?

In this hilarious and powerful new play, a group of old friends reconnect after years apart. They reminisce with wild abandon, until the things they aren't telling each other come hurtling to the surface.
