ABOUT THE EVENT

Celebrate Princeton’s LGBTQIA+ community with music, art, activities, and our neighborhood nonprofits at the third annual occasion of this fun family-friendly event.

Kick off Pride Month with an inclusive and multi-generational group of folx from the Greater Princeton area to commemorate and celebrate LGBTQIA+ pride on the green space of Palmer Square. Enjoy live music featuring Sarah Donner and School of Rock Princeton, learn to be a “hoop star” with Angela from Color Me Hoopy, participate in creating a Pride-themed collaborative community art project, take part in a variety of activities, and go home with fun giveaways.

All families and friend groups are welcome to bring a picnic to enjoy on the grass or purchase lunch from one of the many wonderful food establishments in Palmer Square.

Princeton Mayor Mark Freda, along with other local dignitaries, will be in attendance and local nonprofits will have tables with information and activities for attendees. Stay tuned for updates.

Palmer Square is located at One Palmer Square East, Princeton, NJ. Parking garages are within walking distance at 25 Chambers Street and 11 Hulfish Street.
