Together we raised almost half a million dollars in support of McCarter’s programming, including our new Stage Door Access program and our innovative education and community programming.

From unforgettable performances by André De Shields and Ari Afsar and a moving tribute to Roger S. Berlind, we closed the 24/25 McCarter season in style (check out the photo gallery below!).

2025 McCarter Award

The 2025 McCarter Award was presented to legendary Broadway producer and visionary supporter, Roger S. Berlind (in memoriam) for his indelible impact on McCarter, our community, and the region.

Stage Door Access

Launched at the 2024 McCarter Gala, Stage Door Access provides free and low-cost tickets to community members who would otherwise be unable to attend, and introduces thousands of students to the magic of theater through student matinees and education programs.
