Your McCarter Digital Wallet 

Accessing Tickets You Purchased

Digital tickets are now available for all shows purchased at McCarter. This simple, secure, and easy-to-use process allows us to provide the same excellent customer service you’ve come to expect with even more convenience and security. 

Digital tickets are now the default Delivery Method for all orders. If you prefer printed tickets held at Will Call, please contact Patron Services.

Please note this should be done on a mobile phone or tablet.

  • Access your tickets at mytickets.mccarter.org
    If you already have a McCarter web login: use the same email or username and click next. You can then log in with your existing password or request an access code via email.
    If you do not have a McCarter web login: enter the email address that was used when placing your ticket order and choose the "request an access code via email" option, or "reset my password"

  • At the show, just show the digital ticket on your phone. Present the QR code at entry to the theatre for scanning. Please note: screenshots and printed copies cannot be scanned at the door. You must show the QR codes on your phone.

How to Access, Share, and Accept Digital Tickets

How to Share Digital Tickets 

You can easily share tickets with your friends and family at any time!
1. Log in to mytickets.mccarter.org and select your event.
2. Tap the “Share Tickets” icon.
3. Enter the name of the recipient and select the tickets you want to share.
4. Read and agree to the Terms of Use and tap “Next.”
5. Review selected tickets and tap “Confirm.”
6. Tap the “Share with your Guest” icon and send the link to the recipient via text or email.

- Need to send the link again? Select “Share this invite again.”
- Please confirm with your guest that they received the link to the mobile ticket and have properly accepted the ticket.
